I offer a range of customized public, private, and group classes that support you in finding deep rest, ease of movement, and renewed resilience—no matter where you are starting from.
Each offering combines the ancient wisdom of yoga and mindfulness with a modern, science-backed approach to mind-body wellness. Together, we'll breathe, move, and rest into awareness.
All offerings are available in-person in Atlanta and virtually via Zoom.

Yin
yoga
This calming, grounding practice consists of passive, longer-held (3-5 min) poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body. Through Yin, we increase circulation in the joints—improving overall flexibility and range of motion. This is an ideal practice to ease tension in both the body and mind.
Chair yoga
This practice uses the support of a chair to gain strength, flexibility, and move through gentle stretches and yoga postures. This is a great practice if you're recovering from illness or injury, have trouble getting up and down from the floor, or simply want to move through a more gentle practice.
Yoga nidra & deep relaxation
Perfect as its own class or as an add-on service, these deeply nourishing rest practices help support the nervous system, immune system, and more. With guidance, you'll rotate awareness throughout your body and mind to access a profound state of tranquility, equanimity, and calm.
