Custom wellness classes
for all levels, always.

I offer a range of customized public, private, and group classes that support you in finding deep rest, ease of movement, and renewed resilience—no matter where you are starting from.

 

Each offering combines the ancient wisdom of yoga and mindfulness with a modern, science-backed approach to mind-body wellness. Together, we'll breathe, move, and rest into awareness.

All offerings are available in-person in Atlanta and virtually via Zoom.

Yinyasa yoga

This upbeat, dynamic, flowy practice links breath with movement as you transition through a sequence of poses. Building strength, flexibility, and body awareness, this class can be adapted for every level—with modifications available to meet you where you are.

Gentle yoga

This slow-paced, accessible practice focuses on mindful movement, light stretching, and breath awareness to ease tension, relieve stress, and restore the body. This is a great option for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a nurturing, low-intensity practice.

Yin

yoga

This calming, grounding practice consists of passive, longer-held (3-5 min) poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body. Through Yin, we increase circulation in the joints—improving overall flexibility and range of motion. This is an ideal practice to ease tension in both the body and mind.

Chair yoga

This practice uses the support of a chair to gain strength, flexibility, and move through gentle stretches and yoga postures. This is a great practice if you're recovering from illness or injury, have trouble getting up and down from the floor, or simply want to move through a more gentle practice. 

Sound Bath

Rest and rejuvenate with a meditative sound experience. You'll be bathed in the healing frequencies of chimes, crystal singing bowls, shakers, and more.

This offering is perfect as its own class or as an additional service to your custom wellness classes.

Yoga nidra & deep relaxation

Perfect as its own class or as an add-on service, these deeply nourishing rest practices help support the nervous system, immune system, and more. With guidance, you'll rotate awareness throughout your body and mind to access a profound state of tranquility, equanimity, and calm.

Research shows that these practices can be supportive for those experiencing insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and much more.
