Meditation/Yoga Nidra

Improve sleep, enhance the ability to focus, combat depression, manage pain symptoms, and so much more through the use of yoga nidra and meditation techniques. There are countless modalities we can explore for your needs.

Breathwork

Reduce the impact of chronic pain, anxiety, and more. Together we'll experiment with breathing techniques, like alternate nostril breathing and breath ratio, to help regulate your nervous system, promoting a sense of ease and well-being. 

Therapeutic Movement

Experience the healing benefits of a wellness routine with an at-home yoga practice—designed specifically for you. Together we'll discover what feels good, what doesn't, and how we can improve range of motion, balance, strength, and flexibility.

Private yoga therapy sessions

Yoga therapy is a non-invasive, holistic healing modality; yes, research shows that yoga is medicine!

 

As your personal wellness consultant and yoga therapist, we will embark on a wellness journey together, so you have the tools and support you need to overcome your present struggles and feel good.

What to expect

Our sessions will focus on non-invasive, lifestyle medicine practices that assist your body in tapping in to its natural healing abilities through breath, movement, and deep rest practices. 

15-minute phone consultation

We’ll discuss your health background, current concerns and conditions, and your intention for seeking out yoga therapy.

 

75-minute initial session

  • Reflection: What are your deepest heartfelt desires? Together, we’ll explore the various dimensions of your life including health, relationships, and what brings you joy.

  • Assessment: Depending on your wellness goals and reflections, we'll do a brief practice while I conduct breath and postural assessments—discovering any areas of dysfunctional movement or breathing patterns that could be contributing to dis-ease.

  • Co-creating a program: Based on your goals and commitment level, we’ll workshop your initial yoga therapy program in real time—carving out a routine that works around your schedule

50-minute ongoing sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

Each session will build on and adapt according to your response to the initial plan of care. Together, we will fine-tune an achievable daily mindfulness practice for you to do at home until our next session, so you can feel good.​ Via email, I will provide you with your plan of care to allow you to continue on your own between sessions.

 

*Confidentiality is maintained and I will collaborate with other providers to support any ongoing treatments.
